		After 90 DAYS employment, full-time employees are eligible for dental coverage at a nominal cost to the employee.

		We offer Flexible Spending Accounts to help save income taxes on predictable health and / or dependent care expenses.
		Life and AD&D Insurance
		Basic Life and AD&D Insurance can provide financial support to your beneficiaries if you die or to you if you suffer dismemberment
		Plan Admin
		BCBS is our current healthcare provider. BCBS provides all services related to the administration of our health plans, including claims processing, maintenance of health plan documentation and various administrative services.
		Prescription Drug Benefits
		Prescription Drug Benefits for Epes employees are provided through Blue Cross Blue Shield. You may fill your prescriptions at retail locations or through BCBS Mail Order Program.
		Vision Benefits
		After 90 DAYS employment, a full-time employee can select either a basic or enhanced vision plan.
