Student Trainee Refresher Truck Driver Program

Recent Graduate from Truck driving school? Have less than 1 year OTR in the past 3 years? Epes Transport can put you to work right away into our Truck Driver Training Program.

To enter the program, you must have:

  • At least 3 months of OTR in the past year
  • Be a recent graduate from one of our approved schools / see list
  • A valid Class A CDL
  • A stable work history and good references
  • No reckless convictions/ No DWI,DUI in the past 10 years
  • No more than three moving violations in the last 3 years, no more than 5 in 5 years
  • No preventable collisions in the last year
  • No DOT preventable collisions in the past 3 years

Upon completion of Driver Orientation $250
After completion of first trip as SOLO driver $250
After completion of (90) days employment
(count from DOH) as a driver.

  • Home Weekly-even during training!!!!
  • Regional OTR
  • Paid Miles during training
  • $750.00 tuition reimbursement

Applies to graduates of an approved school, within the last (90) days, and no experience with another motor carrier. Payments are made through payroll and are taxable. This program can be discontinued at any time with or without notice. Must be actively employed at Epes at time of pay out.
