Lease

  • $1,000 non-refundable deposit. Applied to purchase price
  • Lease tractor from Epes Leasing for 36 months (156 weeks)
  • $1 buyout at the end of the lease
  • Lease payments $385.00 a week
  • Company agrees to pay for accounting and tax service (ATBS) for 1st year

 

Escrow

  • Mandatory maintenance account deposit of 7 cents per mile.
  • 6% per annum interest

 

Pay

  • $.90 per mile
  • Fuel Surcharge if applicable
  • Plate, Permits, Fuel Taxes, Liability and Cargo Insurance paid for by the company
  • Additional insurance required: physical damage and bobtail
  • Weekly Settlements
