Epes Transport employees — The annual health fair will be held on the front lawn of the Epes Transport Greensboro terminal on Wednesday, May 3, 2017 from 11 am -3 pm. Golden Corral is catering, which of course means a seemingly endless supply of banana pudding (yes, and real food), and we will have vendors with all the latest health/wellness information for you. Come spend your lunch with us, take in the vendors and get registered for door prizes. The weather forecast is promising, and well, it wouldn’t take too much to beat the weather we had last year!!

The “Buddy” System — Make a New Friend. Gain a New Perspective.
One of the most important parts of the league is the “Buddy” system, pairing each player with a volunteer helper. This is a wonderful opportunity to spend some time on the field helping a player maximize the joy of their experience. Helping these kids will warm your heart and give you a new perspective on life.
Goals for The Miracle League of High Point “Buddies” are simple:
To protect the player at all times.
To assist the player according to their needs.
To allow the player as much freedom as possible to play.
To have fun.
Become a buddy and you will be amazed by how much you are needed and cherished by the kids and their families. We promise you will witness a miracle and meet a new friend for life!
