Our trainee program provides recent college graduates with comprehensive and intensive training critical to career growth and leadership development.
Participants rotate through various departments, including customer service, operations, safety and recruiting, to gain a thorough understanding of the company.
On completion of the program, trainees are placed with an appropriate division where they may be responsible for managing other associates. Possible positions for program graduates include driver manager and customer service representative.
