Epes operates advanced, late model tractors, standup conventional, mostly Freightliners with 10 speed transmissions and a growing number of automated-manuals. Tractors are assigned, no slip seating.

Tractors have satellite communication systems, air-ride suspensions, air-ride seats and are fully equipped with AM/FM CD stereos, CB & TV hook-up provisions, air conditioning, heated power mirrors, power steering, aux. bunk heater, steering wheel cruise and engine brake controls, traction control and roll stability new over the road tractors also have collision mitigation.
