Overview of the Logistics Trainee Program

The Logistics trainee Program at Epes provides recent college graduates the opportunity to receive comprehensive and intensive training critical to career growth and leadership development.

Program participants rotate through various departments, such as customer service, operations, safety and recruiting, in order to gain a thorough understanding of all aspects of the company.

Upon successful completion of the program, the trainee will be placed within an appropriate division, where they may be responsible for managing other associates. Potential positions for program graduates include driver manager and customer service representative positions.
