Epes Driver Awards
Epes will honor a select number of full-time drivers who most represent Superior Standards of Performance in every area of their responsibility.
Highway Angel
Since its inception in August 1997, TCA's Highway Angel program has recognized hundreds of professional truck drivers for the unusual kindness, courtesy, and courage they have shown others while on the job. Their good deeds range from simple acts of kindness, such as fixing a flat tire, to heroic life-saving efforts, such as pulling someone from a burning vehicle and administering CPR.
Genuinely selfless in their actions, the Highway Angels are typically nominated by their employers, fellow professional truck drivers, or the motorists they've assisted out on the road. Once nominated, TCA investigates and verifies the details involved before recognizing the driver as a Highway Angel.

Top Achiever
To Be eligible, a driver must meet the following criteria.
- Company Drivers must run a minimum of 100,000 miles for O, X drivers and 90,000 miles for G, W, R, S, N, M drivers. No exceptions. I/Cs must generate $160,000 in revenue. No exceptions.
- No written warnings Level # 2 or higher.
- No Preventable Accidents.
- No lost time from work injuries.
