We love driver referrals! If you know someone that would be a good fit at our great Company, send them our way and let us do the rest. This not only grows our company, but you can be rewarded as well. Referrals can payout as much as $1,500 to you just for sending the lead into Recruiting!
The payment schedule for referral bonuses is as follows:
- Regional Driver - $1,500.00
- $500 after 1st dispatch / $500 after 30 days/$500.00 after 90 days
- LOCAL Driver- $500.00
- $250 after 1st dispatch / $250 after 90 days
The guidelines for the program are listed below:
- All Epes Transport associates (drivers, office support, management, etc. are eligible including those who are part-time. (Recruiting Dept., Processors & Officers excluded)
- Your name must be on the applicant's application at time of hire.
- You must meet the referred driver off Epes property.
- You must be actively employed at Epes at time of pay out and referral.
- If you are referring a rehire you may not be eligible for this bonus but may be eligible for the non-driver rehire bonus, see program facilitator for details.
- Referral Bonus payments are taxable.
- Referral Program can be discontinued at any time with or without notice.
